SOCCERLAB FITNESS TRAINING

The SoccerLab Fitness Training is divided into three levels: Grassroots (6-10 years old), Youth (10-16 years old), and Professional (16+ years old).

  • At the Grassroots (6-10 years old) level, the focus is on the proper physical development of children, ensuring they run correctly and improve the fundamental attributes needed for a football player.
  • The Youth (10-16 years old) program aims to perfect physical conditioning, shaping athletes capable of meeting the demands of the game.
  • The Professional (16+ years old) level focuses on individual weaknesses, conducting performance assessments and enhancing the player's physical condition according to their position on the field.
